We will be happy to replace or refund any defective or incorrect item. However, you must return them in the same state in which you received them. Please contact us for details. Patterns, books and magazines are not returnable because of copyright issues. If you have changed your mind on an item, we will accept a return within 20 days of shipping, and deduct a 20% restocking fee only after you have contacted us for approval 931-707-7724 or email@example.com. We will not refund shipping costs on these items. All sales from our clearance categories, or items otherwise reduced from regular retail prices may not be returned.
U. S. orders: Shipping rates which appear on your order are estimates only. We will increase or decrease shipping charges which appear on your order to cover the costs of shipping and handling. Where possible we use priority envelopes/priority boxes. Risk of loss is the customers. We will add insurance at your cost upon request.
